Joshua Knobe is a professor in the philosophy department at UNC-Chapel Hill. His research focuses on systematic experimental studies designed to figure out how people actually go about making moral judgments. He is co-editor (with Shaun Nichols) of the forthcoming volume Experimental Philosophy.
