Blame in Divorce

I finally hired a lawyer when our marriage counselor filed a child sex abuse complaint against my husband. Because what he was doing was not a crime I could not restrict his access to our son. I can find little information about divorce that does not assume two normal people are getting a divorce. We need resources on divorce from abusive but not criminal relationships.
