Might I add that, introducing probiotics (which reestablish the 'good' bacterial colonies in the digestive tract) as a supplement is helpful, and Aloe Vera Juice (nasty stuff, but a holistic essential) goes a long way to repairing and restoring the tissue within the intestinal and digestive tracts, as well. It's also great for the skin.
