social distortion

I believe Osama is most definetly narcissistic, likely somewhat paranoid, and sociopathic in his failure to empathize with other human lives. More importantly, however, is the context in which these mental distortions are set-up to flourish. Like an anorexic in high fashion or an alcoholic at mardi gras, he has tapped into an extremist regime that takes what others may deem a disorder and glorifies it. If he had any insight to the evil of his actions, this is most likley long gone as he has submerged himself in a mass of socil distortion that reinforces a belief in his inherent "goodness".
